Providence Point Condo Association
Providence Point is governed by residents who volunteer to serve. Nine elected volunteers act as directors on the Umbrella Board and are responsible for overall governance of the association. In addition, each village elects its own board to create, amend and manage its individual policies and budgets.
As you study the information below about the different villages, note that architecture, floor plans, policies, amenities, and rules and regulations will vary from village to village.

Center Village
Location: Main campus, centered around Town Hall
Condo Styles: Buildings are arranged primarily with four to seven units in each building, all with private no-step entrances and either a detached or an attached garage. Building number 2 is a multi-level building with an elevator, storage space and common garage. Buildings numbers 1 and 4 are multi-level, share an elevator and have detached garages.
Amenities: Centrally located on the main campus with easy access to Town Hall and walking trails.

The Lodge and the Crest are multi-level buildings with wide interior hallways, elevators, meeting rooms, storage rooms and common garages. Additionally, the Crest has a gym on the second floor for building residents’ use.
